Suresh Kumar, a Chartered Accountant comes to Converging Miinds with a strong corporate background . He was the CFO of AOL India before joining Converging Miinds, in a career spanning close to 20 years he has served in senior financial positions in companies based in Bangalore with responsibility for accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax, audit, system implementation and outsourced operations.

As a Business Finance Consultant, his proven strengths in financial modeling, financial analysis, capital sourcing, and business planning has served many clients in a variety of industries.

He has also helped companies in reorganization and restructuring to reduce overhead and improve operational efficiency, worked on special process improvement projects and financial tools and system implementation.

Sharmila Shethia, co founder of CMiinds, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Her immense experience in the domains of internal audit, statutory audit, special audits, formulating and implementing policies and control procedure has benefited numerous high growth MNCs and SMEs.

Experienced in audit/business advisory services and regulatory matters including foreign exchange regulations and Company?s Act.

Ashraf G Bawa, co founder of CMiinds, is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

His area of expertise is tax consulting and he specializes in inbound/ outbound investment with emphasis in the IT and ITES sector.

Prior to assuming his current position he was associated with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young.

He also has experience in corporate taxation, international taxation, expatriate tax, branch offices, taxation of partnership firms, proprietary concerns, and US individual taxation.
